All of the functions are accessed by clicking "Announcements" on the Course page functions screen. Once an announcement has been posted, it remains in effect either until it is changed or until it is deleted. Any time the "Announcements" screen is displayed after an announcement has been posted, a button is displayed that will delete that announcement. In addition, whenever a second announcement is posted, an existing one is automatically deleted. Announcements are limited to one line of 75 characters. For best visual results, it is recommended that announcements in all upper-case letters be avoided.
