The display order can be changed using the "Change order of entries" feature on the "Course Page Functions" screen. The "Change Order" screen displays the list of all document and Web link entries on the course page, each with a reference number. A form at the bottom of the screen allows one entry to be moved above another (on the screen display). Note: If the option to display entries in alphabetical order has been selected for a page, changing the entry order will appear to have no effect. However, ERes always maintains the time ordering of the documents, links and folders on a page; switching from alphabetical to time order can be done at any time in order to see the effect of a "Change Order" operation.
